Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Triton Technical with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
